Monday

All Students - Weapons and tournament practice

6:45 pm to 7:30 pm
White, yellow and orange belts - Everyone is welcome!

7:30 pm to 8:15 pm
Kick Fit
Tuesday

11:00 am to 12:00 pm
All students are welcome

6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Green stripe and up

7:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Adults and Teens 
(15 years and older)

8:00 pm to 8:30 pm
Black Belts and senior Brown Belts
*This class may go passed 8:30 at times. (Referee training will be discussed at this class.)

*This is a good class to practice your basics no matter what color of belt you have.
